This is a such an exciting time for me

Hello My Friends -

Welcome to Yoga-Mo.  This is a such an exciting time for me.  Forming the Redondo Beach Yoga Co-op with my lovely Yoginis is a dream come true.  We are pleased to be able to offer Yoga classes in a most beautiful location, The Art of Living center.  I’m especially excited to be able to build a class from scratch and share the collective energy, reveling in the circle of love surrounding us in our pranyama and asana practice.

My vision is that I will serve as a conduit for others to experience the calm, peace and bliss of Yoga.  I have learned and internalized so much thus far on my journey.  I have so much to share with you, so look around the site…it is still a work in progress, and I will be continually adding content.

I will use the site to explain the basic tenets/philosophy of Yoga, the asana postures, breathing techniques, and different concepts and terminology in the way that makes sense to me, and this may help you to better understand Yoga.

I’m will showcase some of my favorite Yoga books, music and other Yoga-related products that you may also enjoy and find impactful.  By clicking on the link, you will launch where you can listen to samples of the music and read customer reviews on products and books as you make a decision to buy used or new products.

I’m also going to include inspirational thoughts and quotes that help me to remember to be present and stay awake and aware.

Check back frequently because there will always be something new.  Contact me by e-mail, phone number or in person with any questions or comments.

Love and namasté

Welcome to Yoga-Mo!  If you are reading this, you are either a Yogini/Yogi, are being called to explore Yoga, or are merely curious about Yoga.  Regardless, I’m happy you are here.  I hope you will move around in the site and learn about the various aspects of Yoga and asana practice.  I have tried to explain things in the way that makes sense to me.  I’ll be sure to share some of the Sanskrit with you, so you will be familiar with the terminology when you hear it in class.

Check out my book and music recommendations and the sources for great Yoga essentials.

Feedback is welcome.  Let me know if there is something you’d like to see on the site, and ask any questions, Remember, if you are asking the question, others are wondering the same thing.  If I don’t know the answers, I have amazing resources and will get the answer for you.

See you in class!
